In 2015, Arts and Culture analyzed data from 2014 reports written and submitted by grantees of the Organizational Grant Program, to identify trends in the field and to improve the program. We found that grantees, after several years of reduced revenues, were beginning to stabilize, increasing their programming, restructuring boards of directors, and experimenting with programming outside their normal venues. This report also lays out a series of steps Arts and Culture had begun to improve our technical assistance and professional development offerings.
