Arts Administration Interns at International City Theatre will provide administrative support at a mid-sized nonprofit theatre. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a professional theatre company and will have the opportunity to learn essential skills that will be valuable in any career path they choose. Our interns work collaboratively with a small but mighty team of caring, fun, and passionate arts professionals. This position will work 40 hours a week from June to August.
Interns should be ready to learn, cultivate new skills, and work collaboratively. Computer skills are a must, in addition to being analytical, creative, communicative, and organized. Candidates must possess administrative skills and a basic knowledge of graphic design is helpful. An understanding of data analysis and writing skills are important, as well as a great sense of humor and a professional demeanor.
