Kaya Press is an award-winning LA-based independent publisher of cutting-edge fiction, poetry, and non-fiction that seeks to expand the vision of Asian and Pacific Islander diasporic literature. The only API press of its kind in the US, we publish books that promote innovative, experimental, and/or genre-bending perspectives and new voices; recover important and overlooked literary classics. We also seek to showcase the ways in which editors and writers of color are transforming literary publishing.
