Santa Clarita Shakespare is the only small professional theatre company in our community. We work with a wide range of artists including well seasoned. This position will work approximately 20 hours a week from June 2024 through September 2024.
General understanding or interest in theatrical, music, or special event production (lighting, sound, or general production management). Interest in theatre or community events is strongly encouraged. Positive attitude and positive team relations required. Please be advised, as per our company's policy, employees, volunteers and interns that may come in contact with students and youths may be required to be fingerprinted. Ifselected, you will be required to be fingerprinted, at no expense to you.
Santa Clarita Shakespeare is a small professional theatre company in Northern Los Angeles County. Each summer the SCS produces a Summer Theatre Festival, with 3-5 productions and special events, including: a FREE SHAKESPEARE production, now in its 30th year as an event in the community; a reimagined classic play; a children's/family production. SCF partners with other theatre companies and nonprofits to create a community wide festival of theatre, music and events.
