Apply your interest in production and stage management into a unique opportunity to learn with and from a growing performance and arts organization voted 2023’s “best live theatre on the Westside.” Experience and contribute to all facets of stage management while also spearheading a significant project that directly supports future productions and reach. This position will work approximately 15 hours weekly from June to January. Must have some scheduling flexibility and be available some evenings to support rehearsals and performances.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, with astute attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work well in teams and independently under tight deadlines. • Ability to remain calm if technical difficulties arise or in stressful situations. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proof-reading. • Ability to be a thoughtful and alert observer and good listener. • Experience with Google Workspace. • Enjoys multi-tasking and creative problem-solving. • Flexible schedule and available some evenings for performances
