The LBO Production Intern will be responsible for managing the archival process of materials, including physical and digital assets, ensuring their organization and preservation, and accessibility for future reference. This role is crucial in preserving LBO’s history, creative output, and intellectual property. The intern will work approximately 15-24 hours a week from June/July through December/January.
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and Google Drive is required. Meticulous organizational skills are required for developing a comprehensive archival strategy for production materials. Basic database techniques (MS Access, MySQL) is a plus. Opera knowledge and appreciation is a plus. A driver’s license and car insurance is required.
