Our Administration Internship will focus on Marketing, Event Production, and Fundraising for our music ensemble. The intern will work closely with our administrative team, artists, and our music and film partner organizations. This position will work approximately 26 hours a week from June 3 through September 15. Most work will be done remotely but the intern will be asked to attend rehearsals, workshops, and meetings approximately once a week.  

Qualifications

This position is a good fit for an intern interested in marketing including graphic design, photo and video editing, and social media. Interns interested in developing arts leadership skills including strategic partnerships, fundraising, and planning will have the opportunity to develop those skills with a small team.  

Background

Helix Collective are classical musicians busting out of the traditional mold. From crossover dance music, to storytelling, to film, television, and video game music, the Los Angeles-based ensemble takes the best of classical chamber music and makes it the life of the party. Our primary programming includes the L.A. Live Score Film Festival, Film Music Connect with SAGindie and ColorCreative, and live music to film concerts.
