The Intern will collaborate with JUiCE leadership and artist-facilitators to activate the community through its various artistic elements of hip-hop. The intern will experience the inner workings of a small community-based nonprofit and facilitate programs, performances and events. The intern will also be responsible for spearheading at least one project to be offered to participants. This position will work approximately 15 hours a week from September through February.
Preferred but not required skills are graphic design, digital media (video & photography) shooting and editing, marketing and/or publicity, and event production.
J.U.i.C.E. is a hip-hop arts collective. We provide a safe center for all people to develop a sense of community and provide a place for self-expression through music, visual arts and dance.
