The selected intern will assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns in regards to the 2024 NALIP Media Summit and will gain valuable skills such as effective communication for non-profits, research, outreach, and organization in a professional setting. Applicants interested in social media management, communications & marketing, events, programming, program development, and community outreach, as well as careers in the film industry or arts nonprofits are encouraged to apply for this position. This position will work approximately 40 hours a week from June through August.
The intern should be well-acquainted with: Social Media platforms Knowledge of Canva & graphic creation Create & edit short form videos Writing for communications Specific attention to detail Receiving constructive criticism/notes on produced content Methods of prioritization Effective time management Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
