The selected intern will assist in the coordination and execution of the NALIP events, including LatinxConnect 2024 and provide program support to the Latino Lens Incubator programs. Additionally, the selected intern will gain valuable skills such as research, outreach, and organization in a professional setting. Applicants interested in events, programming, program development, and community outreach as well as careers in the film industry or arts nonprofits are encouraged to apply for this position. This position will work approximately 20 hours a week from August through December.
Entertainment industry knowledge or desire to learn the ins-and-outs of the industry, research, social media, flexibility, works well with teams, highly organized and is receptive to constructive criticism. Experience with events and/or event programming is preferred, but not required.
